I totally agree it was a set-up an ambush. More likely set-up by the clintons since their x employee george s was the one asking tabliod questions for 45 minutes solid. I had more respect for abc and at least charlie gibson that they would do a better job talking about the issue instead of that re-hassed mess I am so sick of the media.

Yes we know that the dynamic duo of lying is calling in all their markers and favors owed to them and that does not exclude the media! Last night was a clear cut example as to why we AA need our own cable network shows to counter this kind of garbage that is passed as journalism! Did you see how she was allowed to brush over answering the sniper fire question about her honesty? IF 62% of folks think you are a LIAR that should of been hammered also for 25 minutes or more, like they spent on brother O for the lapel flag wearing crap! And I'm glad he finally told folks he was 8 when this nut bombed the buildings and how is that his problem? We are the only ones they try to associate wrong to and they run out of their clothes when it is in their faces!!!!!!! thanks HIS WORD HIS SWORD

MAN THIS DEBATE WAS GREAT FOR OBAMA FOR THIS REASON 1. HE MADE IT CLEAR THAT THE [POLITICS OF ASSOCIATING HIM WITH PEOPLE WHO SAID THIS OR DID THAT IS WEAK AND AMERICANS ARE SMARTER THEN THAT. 2. HILLARY WAS MADE TO LOOK LIKE A DECIETFUL WINCH 3. THE GANGING UP ON OBAMA WILKL CAUSE FOLKS TO STAND BACK AND LOOK AT THE "OVER HYPE" OVER WORDS SPOKEN BY OTHERS AND NOT BY HIM HILLARY WAS ALLOWED TO WEASLE OUT OF HER LIE ABOUT BOSNIA, EVEN OBAMA GAVE HER A HAND IN DOING IT, YET SHE LEAPED ALL OVER HIS ASSOCIATION WITH SXOMEONE CAT WHO BOMBED A PLANT WHEN HE WS 8 YEARS OLD, AND HIM POINTING OUT HIS FREINDSHIP WITH A WHITE REPUBLICAN WHO STATED WE SHOULDS KILL THOSE WHO ABORT KIDS. ABC News should be embarrassed. Gibson and Stephonopoulos were pathetic
and trivial. They had a chance to ask about some really serious issues
-- like torture approved in the highest levels of the Bush White House,
or the thousand lies that led us into Iraq, but instead we had to watch
Obama answer questions about why he was not wearing an American Flag
lapel pin. I noticed that niether Hillary, Charlie, George, or the
questioner were wearing one. Why is particularly trivial, often tacky,
most likely manufactured in China decoration of any importance. A lapel
pin is not a flag after all, and the protocols that protect the flag
from being used irresponsibly are constantly violated by the likes of
Fox News, car lots, and pandering politicians. Let's get serious folks.
ABC should ask real questions during a debate. What a shame and what a
sham!Whoever said that was a fair debate shame on you.
I thought the debate was a "set-up" to discredit Obama and you know what, he didn't take the bait. He conducted himself as a thoughtful, controlled individual. The kind of person I want picking up the phone anytime! I noticed ABC didn't ask Hillary anything about why Mark Penn is still on her campaign staff and how Bill making $800K in speeches off of the Columbia government then putting this money in their bank account, so that Hillary could then loan her campaign $5M isn't an interesting way of her saying one thing and then doing the other? Also, why didn't ABC ask her why she remained silent for 6 years on the Wal-Mart Bd of Directors regarding the efforts of its' employees to unionize? Since PA and other states are so heavily unionized, don't you think someone would want to know why she would support them now when she chose to remain silent for 6 years? By the way, it was ABC that broke the Wal-Mart story in January. ABC has lost my vote for being any type of news network with values. LETS DO AWAY WITH DEBATES!!! |

The more this goes on the more I'm assured we aren't to far removed from Selma and the rest of the segregated South where those signs "for whites only" hung openly and proudly. Why would I draw that comparison? Well if a senator who wears a flag lapel pin can call a 46 year old Black man "boy" then I know for a fact when I was young seeing flag waving KKK parades!!!!! Was they great Americans? This double standard burying there ignorant heads in the sand openly racist and closet racist white folks who dominate the media visual and print must end! What was incredibly infuriating was the questioning of Reverend Wright's patriotism by Stephanopolous. HELLO!! HE IS A VIETNAM VETERAN GEORGE!! Unlike draft-dodging Slick Willie. I think we should be asking Steph about his patriotism. (his folks probably arrived here from Greece no more than four generations ago...lol) ABC is nothing more than a right-wing network, with the Deacons of Hate (Grant, Hannity) all over their radio airwaves.
