The "Battleground" States poll is the most significant and the Florida poll just plain scares Republicans...

"When we blindly adopt a religion, a political system, a literary dogma, we become automatons.  We cease to grow."

The numbers are changing in Obama's favor because  1. Everybody can see that McCain is just grandstanding on the econominc crisis.  He has no leadership influence over his own party. All he's doing is trying to win the the current news cycle.   2. the idea of a Vice President Palin is scaring the hell out of people.

Even in here the trolls are in a full panic.  Notice how much nastier and stupider the anti-Obama messages are getting as their confidence fades.   Notice how  the "black Republicans" have let their disguises slip and now refer to us "you people"

McCain's own irratic behavior is the main cause for his drop in the polls... and Obama had nothing to with that.  McCain has no one to blame but himself and simply DOES NOT project the kind of temperment or measure of assurance that a President should have.  Palin was a hype pick from the start... we all knew this.  Even the most dedicated supporters of the GOP have criticized her and some have even asked for her to step down.

It's to be expected that the BV Republi-Klan and their Troll fringe would be more venomous than ever now... THEIR Candidate is losing, their V.P. candidate is looking like the unqualified puppet we Obama supporters knew she would become, and they're in denial about the whole thing just to save face... since that's all they have left to save.  Because they flushed their "common sense and dignity" down the toliet a long time ago.

It's "funny" how so many new posters have appeared who are trying their best to convince us that we should go for a third party candidate.  Even a nitwit like McCain knows that there is no way that a third party candidate is going to win.  They serve as a distraction, just like all the other distractions that McCain has tried to put into this campaign.  It is a tactic designed to steal this election from Obama, but I believe the American people, especially those on this forum, are smart enough to see through it.
I think with the shakey economy right now, people more than ever are voting their pocketbooks.  Screw all that stuff about the "wedge" issues.  I want my FICO score to stay the same or better and I want my 401K money not to go down the toilet.
