Michael Jackson Dies at age 50!
Debbie Rowe to Fight for Custody

Michael JacksonDebbie Rowe will fight for custody of Paris and Michael Jr., the children born during her marriage to Michael Jackson -- this, according to NBC 4 in Los Angeles.

According to the NBC 4 website, Rowe said during a 90-minute phone conversation, "I want my children."

Rowe says she will seek a restraining order to keep Joe Jackson away from the children.

Rowe also says she'll submit to a DNA test to prove she's the biological mother.

Interesting...there were earlier reports that she didn't want anything to do with them.

Don't u think it's possible that those kids are old enough to make her life a living hell if they are forced into her custody? And at a certain age, doesn't the judge consider the child's preference...I know it varies by state...

She had and sold those kids for profit - she stated she didn't want them, didn't want kids and that were horses were the only kids she ever wanted.

 

I would think they would take what the kids want into consideration but I also think a whole lot more will be too - the law, the abuse allegations about Joe, the dysfunction of the Jackson family. Its gonna be ugly if this is true and the Jacksons fight

Thats what I think too. how does she go from selling her kids, not having a relationship with them, stating she never wanted kids or those kids to now wanting to be a mother? She wants that 40%.

And why would she get a restraining order against Joe now?!? Clear;y she had no concerns with who the kids had in their lives to this point

ok, ok I was one of those people. I was just hoping someone would have some human decency and morals. That ho ain't even blankets mother you can't seperate them, no family court judge with an ounce of intelligence will give her those kids. Dragging their 80 grandmother into court.
