People can say what they want about Sharpton....but he is damn good at what he does!
Thanks for posting! He had a good argument.
Yeah, Al was right on point.
Thanks for posting this. He spoke the truth. Like someone posted, that they don't care what people say about Al Sharpton he is always right there on point defending Blacks. That's more then what these sorry Blacks who eat the White mans crumb can say they have done.

en, but I don'te in brotherhood with anybody who doesn't want brotherhood with me. I believe in treating people right, but I'm not going to waste my time trying to treat someb

ody right who doesn't know how to return the treatment."

People can say what they want about Sharpton....but he is damn good at what he does! Yes he is. Some Blacks are just some self-hating Negroes who don't know any better or was taught any better

And he is consistently good!  He's sharp, witty and well informed .. none of these guys has ever been able to handle him.

Sharpton is good! I hope Obama's people took notes on that interview. He brought up some good points.
Thanks for posting! Rev. Al is so sharp, you see Tucker tried to trip him up, can't be done (LOL).  He made excellent and true points...however, I think this will be a huge hurdle for Obama, this will simply not just go away...I wish Obama would have handled this earlier on his own now it will be said that he was "forced" to denouce what was said.  I like Rev. Wright and agree with many things he says, but you know white folks have gotten their wake up call and they panick over everything...

Thanks for posting! He had a good argument.

Excellent argument. Here's Graham:

He denied then apologized .. yet he's still considered a hero figure. Sharpton is very well informed!

Yeah, Al was right on point.

I agree. Totally on point.  He shut Tucker down!

on point!

Waay back in the day....I was probably on my way to being one of the people who would say "Al Sharpton gets on my nerves....always starting something.....needs to sit down somewhere etc'   But as I've grown up (lol I'm 32 now) I've realized our community needs him tremendously.  He speaks for the issues that no one else will!  He is also UNAFRAID when he does....quite a respectable quality.

ON the real, people may not like the Sharpton profile of past and present (process, running suits, King medallion...) but Sharpton is one of our best .. and he's consistent.  I've been following his movement since its inception .. back when a core of our Black "revolutionary" contingent were double crossing him to try to demean him.  That's another story though...

I hope Obama's people took notes on that interview.

Me too!

I think this will be a huge hurdle for Obama, this will simply not just go away...I wish Obama would have handled this earlier on his own now it will be said that he was "forced" to denouce what was said.

Obama did deal with this before, but it hasn't been brought out in the magnitude that is has been now.  This was the card that these folks have been waiting to play and the Geraldine Ferraro stuff was the last straw for many of these folk, because that ploy didn't work and they had to bring in the big guns.  I'm sure Obama and company knew this was coming sooner or later.  I remember when he announced and the Black talk show hosts denounced and rejected him for not having his pastor (Wright) give the opening prayer.  They knew the deal then.  It's never going way and hopefully people won't fall for the hoodwinking they are getting. If they do, then America is certainly truly doomed, because Obama is indeed the great Black hope for this nation right now .. if for nothing else, but keeping some semblence of a world wide reputation and for building race relations on this blood stained soil.

I like Rev. Wright and agree with many things he says, but you know white folks have gotten their wake up call and they panick over everything...

A segment of Americans are a dumb lot .. they put Bush BACK in office, knowing all they knew .. so I'm not confident that they will get that Obama is a different sort of African American by virtue of his history and is not coming from the same place as Wright and move on.  I agree with Wright by the way!

AL Sharpton is my hero. . . .many white commentator's think they'll be able to ridicule Sharpton, but, they almost always end up with a look of unbelief and dismay after running up against Sharpton.   Many of them concede that Sharpton is profoundly intelligent.

Thanks for the Link,,,,,I have forwarded on. . . . .

This man always stand up for our people, this is why I don't understand why some Blacks bash him, and say he should shut-up and stuff like that.  Some Blacks let whites tell them who to dislike.

Sadly some of our people still feel this way.  It is something that is subconciously taught by white people.  They teach Blacks to suppress the voice of anyone who speaks for our rights.  Look how they are trying to get Obama to shut his pastor up and renounce him.

I have always liked Al Sharpton, and respected and appreciated what
he does.

Many Blacks disliked MLK, and wanted him to shut up and get out of the public view.
