Shar Jackson, 30, finally feels sexy again after splashing out $15,000 to transform her "Freddy Kruger" body. She was left so horribly scarred by stretch marks after giving birth to four children, she felt she had begun to resemble horror film's most gruesome monster. But now, after undergoing four hours of intensive surgery, which involved a breast lift and tummy tuck, Shar can't wait to show off her sexy new curves. She said: "I feel sexy and amazing. I'm looking forward to wearing two piece swimsuits this year."

I just dont see that much of a difference between the before and after.....Okaaay... I will say her stomach looks slimmer but besides that I dont see it... I mean she could have produced that body had she just went to the gym...

Not necessarily....from the article...she got the tummy tuck to smooth out the stretch marks. And after having four kids...going to the gym 24 hours a day make not give an adequate lift, because there may still be extra skin from the up and down of pregnancy. A lift would get rid of that extra skin.

A little over a month left 'til the wedding....so here are pics from the first bridal shower. My mom, being the comedienne she is NOT, got me a MOO-MOO...LAWD. Good thing I got whips, chains, and handcuffs...Hee Hee Oh and of course, my niece took over the festivities.

I get why she had the tuck...*stretch marks*........ Im saying that I dont see a major difference.... maybe because she doesnt have her shirt lifted in the before pic, I cant tell how it looks (Freddy Kruegerish). But to me her stomach doesnt look that flabby so I'd just assume she could get that body from doing situps.....

Well, duh! Common sense would tell you that a person who has bore 4 children will have pletny of stretch marks.  She said she had them.....why can't you take her word for it?
