That was a ridiculous thing for LeBron to say. A few weeks ago, Marbury was being interviewed by one of the nighttime news shows, and they were talking about his shoes, and how they are quite popular; also, how the high-dollar shoes aren't made any better, as far as quality.

Yeah, that "20/20" special is what I saw. I remember back in the 80's, when I was into wearing men's cross trainers (they were more attractive to me, than women's styles) and I would pay close to $70-$100 for a pair. I think now, it's ridiculous to pay that just for fashion. The shoes are made overseas for close to nothing, and sold over here for quite a lot.

I heard from a mother of a 10 year old boy that Stephon's shoes are really popular. She said she has been trying to get a pair for her son for months but they are sold out all over Philadelphia. Good for him.

Both shoes are made with the same type of material. The reason Lebron shoes and all those other expensive shoes cost so much is because of marketing and the fees players are paid. Nike needs somebody to pay Lebron's $90 million sneaker contract.

We know when some players are so great at what they do, they can become cocky. But of course, their greatness won't last forever.

LeBron is a hell of a player, but when he came into the league, I was tired of hearing about him and how good of a highschool player he was... it's true he was and is a great player.
