Yo Yo: Words + Thoughts

When it rains, it pours.

First thing first. 'Miss Rap Supreme' is over.

Rece Steel from The BX took home the $100,000. She was going up against Byata from Brooklyn. Rece was just a b-girl, raw and ready to get down and battle on a street corner.

But guess what? I'm going to get back up.

Who am I?

I am a mother, a teacher, a community activist, a rapper, a voice, a radio personality, a host, and a leader!

My journey to becoming fearless started because I was tired of being sick and tired.
