1. They make this stuff in size 32? GTFOH!! I wonder why they didn't have one of those things modeled by the size 32 chicks.

Tee at 11:34PM on Sep 12th 2008

2. The women who were modeling were a size 14. Plus size models have to be a size 14-16. The just look like normal women b/c majority of women in the US are that size anyways...the difference is THEY DON'T WORK OUT AND TONE THEIR BODIES LIKE THE MODELS DO!!!

mISS tAMPA at 12:39AM on Sep 13th 2008

3. Most TRUE plus size women (me included) know that their body doesn't look like the model wearing the lingerie. If you keep it real with yourself you know you have a little more in the front (a pooch) or the back (dunk a dunk) Maybe both. Point being, don't go picturing yourself in that until u see someone like u modeling it. Can we get some true representation for the true plus sizes

7. I just wanted to take this opportunity to express one Brothers opinion on Plus Size sexy lingerie. The bosom curves are among the sexiest and most capivating of all the feminine curves but somehow the seamless, perfectly round shape now popular doesn't have the same appeal that the older, tapered profile presents. I know that Victoria's Secret and other outlets have struck a goldmine by promoting the "round" look, but its strikingly unrealistic, boring and robotic. Where many, many, many Sisters are choosing the tight T-shirt look and especially our larger beauties sport fashions that actually emphasize the curves between the waist and the neck, it is disappointing to see no difference or individuality between any of them.
The older or more traditional seamed and section cup bras present a tapered, semi-pointed profile that suggests an uplited, firmer bosom that captures the imagination and seems more individually representative of the womans figure. The leader in this field is the Exquisite Form Fully Bra which features a full coverage, 3 section cup that actually provides shape to the breast. There is a slight distance between each cup so that under a tight sweater or T-shirt there is a seperation that makes each breast protrude on its own and provides a unique perspective on each Queen's figure, different from the other. While young Sisters try despirately to look like the other and gain acceptence from their peers, more mature ladies have the confidence to project their own style (or mood for the day) with their fashions.
No woman on earth will display the confidence, gentle sensuality and classic beauty of the Plus Sized Sister in a clingy outfit with proud and uplifted shaping in the fashion.
Respectfully

8. PATHETIC.
these women are not "PLUS" size,...
what they are is a "PERFECT" size.
Ridiculous.
shelly, tee, ...obviously young kids, should be in school, to learn and get a "clue"

These women are what all women should be, the women most magazines display are sickly looking, not attractive at all.

9. well a plus size woman is the best thing going. so do to the fact that we have it going on they have to make clothes and Lingerie to fit us, because we can't walk around naked. so just as they can make clothes and lingerie for the small and sexy they can also make if for the PHAT and sexy. much love to all my BIG BONED SISTERS.

10. WELL SAID (LOVER OF THE TRADITONAL FIGURE).

MSUN4GETABLE at 9:27AM on Sep 16th 2008

11. I think the article defeated it's own purposes by having someone who is not the "Voluptuous Woman" model the lingerie. What it says to me is that you still don't think the VW is beautiful enough to model the fashion made for her!

proud of what I got at 9:28AM on Sep 16th 2008

12. Lover of the full figure. I thank you for admiring and respecting the women with curves. I am a strong believe in good foundation wear. However, I took a peek at the bra that you spoke of and to say the least....it is ugly. I like a bra with thta type of support but comes lower in the back, a good strength, and have teh option of many colors and lace. The one I see on a website looks like my grandmonther's bra. It did not appeal to me. But each person is different.

Beyondrubies77 at 9:56AM on Sep 16th 2008

13. I would like to know why aren't woman who are full figured with the flaws that nature gave them, are not the ones who are modeling lingerie. I disagree with the satatment that woman must work out to look good. There are many of us who work out but the flaws that are apart of our heritage, will never be corrected by a workout. The models used in these pictures have flaws but you will never see the flaws becaused they are touched up before the pictures are printed. They will never use large full figured women like Mo'Nique to model the lingerie. They feel that it not pleasing to the eyes of the public. We are all beautiful in our own right.

Deborah at 9:59AM on Sep 16th 2008

14. I must say I am a plus size women(size 18) and I am very proud of my body. I have a donkadonk, thick thighs and wide hips. I love my body and the way god made me. Not every women is made to be a size 2. Thats NOT always sexy. So this goes out to all my Big Sexy Volutious women...Get ya grind on a always know that you are sexy.

Mrs. Powlis at 10:19AM on Sep 16th 2008

15. The girls in lingerie were not fat but not exactly cute The bridal collection had all the pretty women for some reason...
