Xzibit Featured In 'The X-Files: I Want To Believe'

Posted Jul 22nd 2008 10:05AM by Wilson Morales
Filed under: It's All Reel

Over the last few years rapper Xzibit has developed his skills as an actor; going from small parts in '8 Miles' with Eminem to playing a football coach with Dwayne Johnson in 'Gridiron Gang' and now to a role in a film that has a huge following.

It's been 10 years since we last saw Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) on the big screen in the feature adaptation of 'The X-Files', and now they are back in a new film, 'The X-Files: I Want To Believe'.

Among the cast includes Xzibit, Amanda Peet, Billy Connolly, Callum Keith Rennie, Adam Godley.

'The X-Files: I Want to Believe' is a stand-alone story in the tradition of some of the show's most acclaimed and beloved episodes, and takes the complicated relationship between Fox Mulder (Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Anderson) in unexpected directions. Mulder continues his unshakable quest for the truth, and Scully, the passionate, ferociously intelligent physician, remains inextricably tied to Mulder's pursuits. Xzibit and Peet will play FBI agents.
