Consistency/Scent:
The conditioner is a pearly white. It has a very emollient consistency- like a very thick lotion. It smells great, like honeysuckle and rose, lol.
Results:
I washed with Keracare Dry and Itchy Scalp Shampoo twice. I applied a little conditioner to the roots and let sit as I finished showering. I rinsed and blotted hair dry with my towel. I applied the conditioner in sections, covered with a plastic cap and sat under the dryer for 20 minutes.
When I rinsed my hair felt incredibly silky. It detangled nicely and smelled fantastic. I set my hair on plastic rollers and sat under the dryer for 90 minutes. I removed the rollers, blew out my roots and did a saran wrap treatment. My hair was super moisturized and soft.
Positive:
This conditioner is made with natural ingredients. It's a nice and thick for those who like very emollient conditioners. It made my hair feel soft and detangle pretty easily. When my hair dried, it still felt soft and moisturized.
Negative:
For some, this conditioner might be a bit heavy. My hair felt great but had a slight coating and seemed... kinda heavy. However, I could have used too much product or deep conditioning on wet hair as opposed to dry hair (as per the instructions).
This is also pretty much a strictly moisturizing conditioner so it is good to alternate this with a nice protein conditioner.
Overall:
I really like this conditioner. My hair felt moisturized and soft and smelled great! Perfect for ladies with dry hair or are looking for a nice, thick moisturizing deep conditioner.
It's also made from natural ingredients, which seemed to make it penetrate a lot deeper than other conditioners.
This product can be found at most vitamin shops or health food stores. I bought it at Whole Foodsâș
