1. I think that what shaq did was selfish and unproffesional. I think that he is just mad because his life is not so well right now.

3. First, I will admit that I am a hardcore Kobe and Lakers fan. However, this doesn't mean that I am blind to his shortcomings.
This was simply inappropriate. I don't think that there was any ill-intention, however, it was extremely immature and foolish, especially considering the past that these two have had.
As a role model for many young blacks, this is an outrageous display and Shaq deserves whatever he gets for it.

4. He is a big baby. Look at all his boy toys. Pampered and spoiled, he is. Jealousy is a huge factor in his words. That is not music of any kind. Using the n word by a black person has been condoned, thinking it was a part of the black language. Not!!!! I was raised in the south and I have more courtesy than that to, both, black and white people. I hate white cracker. They both suck. He needs to apologize to all races. This country is very diversified. We should think of all that live among us and keep our comments and jealousy, in his case, to ourselves. This world will continue to suffer if this continues. We are better than that.

5. a lot of kobe haters are just as petty as shaq. they complain about him when he passes to stiffs ,they whine because he scores 81 points.they hate a man they don,t even know and they call themselves black men?shaq got traded from the lakers because jerry buss did not want to pay him 120 mil a year for 40-50 games a yr ,when was the last time shaq played 82 games.?.and then he was acting stupid on top of that?but ignorant folks blamed kobe when the real deal was jerry buss got tired of his mess.

6. Shaq clearly did not think this through. As a result it will cost him something that he has dreamed of. I think it is really sad that two grown men can not put thier egos aside. They are both good basketball players and at least one has a great future.

7. This was bound to happen... anyone who has been watching these two could predict this. Shaq was obviously rooting for the Celtics to win so he could carry on his antics on stage. This is sad because it is a deep rooted hatred that has come to pass. I don't think ill will was intended but the animosity is undeniable. Money cannot change the nature of man. Losing those badges is the least of his problems, he is almost out of gas (physically) and should consider retiring with what he has left. (just my opinion) GOOD LUCK OFFICER ONEAL
