1. AIDS as a weapon? Well, why don't we just make intentionally spreading any disease that does not have cure a crime.
AIDS is terrible, but I doubt that this kind of law will ever come to fruition because I think people will then look for the same laws on things like herpes.
Seems like the women in this case barely knew him. Just nasty. I am not blaming the victim here, but people should know by now to protect themselves. They were equally responsible in my book.
