Sirius Satellite radio. The show will cover everything from politics and current affairs to sports and entertainment. For his first show,

Tiki Barber goes worldwide on Sirius Satellite Radio.
"I have a lot of diversified interests," Barber said in a statement. "'The National Sweep' is the perfect forum for me to continue to not only pursue those interests but give Sirius listeners the opportunity to hear from some of the most compelling figures in this country on a variety of subjects."
You can hear ‘National Sweep’ every Thursday from 7PM-9PM ET on Sirius Star channel 102. You can also sometimes catch Barber in the mornings on Fox News' morning show, "Fox & Friends." Now only if he can talk his team to scoring some points in the playoffs.
Lennox Lewis Knocks Out 10 in One NightLast week retired heavy weight boxing champ
Lennox Lewis hosted and competed in an all night chess tournament on
King.com. Members of the Web site got a chance to play "Chesster," a speed game of chess, against Lewis and if they beat him, they’d get a cool $1000. Out of the 14 players, Lennox knocked out 10 of them, but was no match for the other four players, each of whom collected a grand from him.
"For me, playing chess takes the stress away, which is why I enjoyed playing when I was training," Lewis said in a statement promoting last week’s event. "The sports are similar in that it’s one-on-one, and in boxing, it helped me prepare a strategy to beat my opponent."
Lewis also recently joined
HBO’s Boxing after Dark as a commentator alongside
Max Kellerman and
Fran Charles. But as far as him coming out of retirement to fight
Evander Holyfield again, we think that ship has sailed.
Jerome Bettis Gets Brewed up
Even though Jerome Bettis will be off the field and in the broadcast booth next season, the folks in Pittsburgh still got love for the Bus. The Pittsburgh Brewing Co. has released a limited edition IC Light beer can and bottle with images of Bettis and his jersey number.
"The brewery has been here 145 years,” said Joseph Piccirilli of Pittsburgh Brewing. “We're carrying on the tradition of having great sports legends on our cans and what a great man with Jerome Bettis -- great Pittsburgher. He’s a true local supporter. It's just a great thing to have."
Bettis isn’t getting paid from the cans and bottles but the brewing company did donate a nice chunk of change to his Bus Stops Here Foundation which helps underprivileged children.
Dwight Howard, TJ Ford do Asia with AdidasAdidas headed back to the Far East for its Asia Superstar Camp last month and this time they brought Orlando's
Dwight Howard and
Milwaukee’s TJ Ford to help out. The camp took place at Beijing’s Sports University and allows young players to get advice and coaching from NBA Superstars.
"I think there are a lot of talented guys here and I think there are a couple of guys here who can make it to the NBA,” Howard told Reuters. “It’s not just height; it’s about heart and from the smallest guy to the tallest guy, these guys all play very hard. One thing they all have in common is big hearts.”
Out of the 60 or so players who participate in the camp, the top 10 will have a chance to come to the United States to receive additional coaching.
"These guys here work a little bit harder,” Howard said. "They have such respect for the game, they never take a day off. In America, we get lazy and maybe play video games too much and forget about basketball and the future. These guys here, they want to make something of themselves."
