Quentin Richardson's 31-year-old brother, Lee, hit the wires earlier this month (he was shot and killed during a robbery outside of his family’s home in Chicago) Brandy flew out to console Richardson and attend the funeral for Lee.
According to the New York Daily News, Brandy’s presence during Q-Rich’s time of need, rekindled the warmth between the couple who split up very publicly last summer. Word is that they are back together, but the wedding is on hold until...
Tony Parker and Eva Langoria in Spat with CopAre Eva and Tony the new Bonnie and Clyde? Well, according to the San Antonio police they are. According to a police report, :
Tony Parker's car was parked in the 200 block of Houston Street, where police say it was blocking traffic. An officer approached the car, rapping on the hood to move them along. Then somebody called a pick and rool. According to the officer’s report, Parker, who was in the driver’s seat and his "Desperate" passenger "began screaming in a verbally abusive manner" questioning why the officer touched the car.
More details from the report: When Parker drove away he almost hit a bystander causing the officer to order him out of the car. Although he supposed has a Texas license, Parker presented the officer with a French driver’s license. He was issued a citation for almost hitting the bystander and for presenting the French license.
"This is all the cops do; just mess with people," Parker allegedly told the officer.
Langoria was then said to stick her head out the window and yell, "He's just a Mexican bike cop. He only wants your autograph."
Whoa, whoa, whoa! Hold up!
Isn’t Eva one of the most famous Mexican actresses in the game right now? Yes she is.
"It's a shame that one officer conducted himself in such an inappropriate and disorderly manner," Langoria said in a statement, "I never made any sort of racial slurs, let alone made any comments about the officer being Mexican, as a Mexican myself."
Langoria dismissed the entire report as “highly inaccurate.”
Snoop Dogg Wins a Bowl Game… After being dissed and criticized for recruiting all of the good neighborhood players to play for his pee wee league football team, Coach Snoop Dogg did nothing to disprove the accusations by winning the Pee Wee league Friendship Bowl last week. The Friendship Bowl was a charity event pitting two of the best Southern California pee wee teams against each other. Snoop’s Rolling Raiders of Rowland Heights, California took on the Victorville Hawks of Victorville, California and won 40-0.
"That's just business as usual. I wouldn't expect nothing less," Coach Dogg told the Victorville Daily Press. "We took them behind the tool shed and whooped them." Seems like coaching kids is the new thing to do for rappers these days. Some of them are starting to take it seriously.
Luther Campbell, Trick Daddy, Nelly, P. Diddy, and Tone (of hip-hop production duo Trackmasters) all coach teams in their area and word is a celebrity-coached football tournament may be on the horizon.
We wonder if the children get confused about when to listen to their coaches. We suspect ‘Run a Cover 2 with a QB Spy’ is okay, but what about ‘Me So Horny’ or ‘Ain’t No Fun (If the Homies Can’t Have None)’?

Chauncey Billups Is Cover Boy of NBA Ballers: PhenomFor any professional athlete, making the ESPN highlight reel, a sneaker endorsement contract and a championship ring are sure signs that you have arrived. But now, in the new millennium, we must add the “video game cover.”
Pistons point guard :
Chauncey Billups will make his first appearance on a video game cover this spring on 'NBA Ballers: Phenom,' due out in March. It is a typical basketball game but with some intriguing elements. You create a character and train him to become one of the best players of the league or the cat that everyone calls to find out where the party is.
All of this leading to the establishment of your own entertainment empire. For the basketball cats, find Billups for advice. For the party cats, give Ludacris a call. The developers for the game spent considerable time with Billups to learn the ins and outs of what it takes to be a top-tier NBA player. f
They kicked it in his house while he ate, worked out and did voiceovers for the game. One thing Billups admits: The thing video games most embellish about his game is his time in the air.
"I ain't got no hops," Billups told IGN.com. "I look at all these videogames and I'm dunking and flying through the air and it makes me jealous. When I was in high school, I could jump, I could do a lot of that stuff, but I ain't got no hops anymore. I'm a land lover.”
Most teams would rather have the three-point threat anyway, right?
