Jacque Reid? Well I found her, so please stop e-mailing me about it! No, she won't be back on 'The Steve Harvey Show,' but you can listen to her on Mondays filing her special reports on 'The Tom Joyner Morning Show.' Reid made her debut as a special features correspondent on Joyner's morning show three weeks ago. Sheryl Lee Ralph ('Moesha') will continue her AIDS activism by performing a show 'Sometimes I Cry' at the newly opened Atlas Performing Arts Center Theater in Washington, D.C. In two shows on Oct. 21, Ralph will bring to life the compelling stories of women affected by HIV/AIDS. "These women's voices have been silent for too long in the struggle against HIV/AIDS and must be heard," said Ralph. 'Sometimes I Cry' was originally presented at the National Black Women and HIV/AIDS Conference in Los Angeles last December.

The Brand New Heavies, with lead singer
N'Dea Davenport back in the mix, is heading out on a national tour to promote their newest album, 'Get Used To It.' The CD was lead by the Urban AC hit single 'I Don't Know Why (I Love You),' a remake of the Stevie Wonder classic. The tour kicks off on Oct. 19, at the Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York and wraps on Nov. 11, in Solana Beach, Calif.
Can't Say Names… A source tells us that a certain comic was adamant about not doing an interview with a major mainstream cable network's radio division. He went on and on about how he didn't want to be bothered and that he wasn't going to speak with them, that was until he turned around and saw the reporter was a young, beautiful Black girl. "He changed his tune real quick," the source pointed out. Not only did he give the interview, but the funnyman suggested: "Next time, tell them to have a little white boy run around with you and carry your equipment."
