Is that Ne-Yo receiving some oral action from a female in three X-rated photos obtained by the go-to urban blog ConcreteLoop.com? I'm not sure, but it darn sure looks like the chart-topping, admitted "sex addict." Apparently the pictures were taken by the singer's own Sidekick 3 and were sent out by one of Ne-Yo's backup dancers-not the one who administered the sexual gesture in the photos. Apparently the second dancer was upset when she discovered the pictures and decided to put them both on blast by sending them out online. At press time, a rep for the singer hadn't responded to a detailed request for comment.

The Browns are back! David and Tamela Mann will reprise the roles made famous in the Tyler Perry touring play 'Meet The Browns' for a forthcoming Perry production called 'What's Done in the Dark.' The play, written, directed and produced by Perry, will kick off in September in Baltimore and has dates scheduled in Detroit, New York City, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Atlanta. Rounding out the cast is singer D'Atra Hicks, Cassi Davis, Chandra Currelley and actor Allen Payne ('Jason's Lyric').

Speaking of Payne, his Tyler Perry-produced sitcom 'House of Payne' has been sold to the TBS network. The Ted Turner-owned cable channel has optioned 100 episodes of the comedy, which debuted in syndication in limited markets earlier this year. The series will air five nights a week on TBS starting in early 2007 and then run in syndication on Fox networks at a later date. In addition to Payne, the series will also star LaVan Davis, Cassi Davis and Rochelle Aytes ('Madea's Family Reunion'). Perry will also write, direct and executive produce the series. Rumor has it that Perry is planning next to develop a series based on his play, 'Meet The Browns.'

Singer Ann Nesby and her daughter Jamecia Bennett are gearing up to hit the road in a touring play called 'Save Me From My Secret.' Details of the play were scarce at press time, however there is talk that singer Eric Benet may also join the cast. Bennett was relieved of her chaperoning duties for her daughter, 'American Idol' finalist Paris Bennett, because the jovial singer recently celebrated her 18th birthday. The just-legal Bennett will wrap the 'American Idol' tour without her mommy in tow.

Singer Towanda Braxton-Carter of the group The Braxtons is expecting her second child in November. The sister of Toni Braxton, who appeared on the NBC reality drama 'Starting Over,' gave birth to a baby boy named Braxton Carter on Nov. 11 of last year. Braxton-Carter resides in Atlanta with her husband, author Andre Carter.

What do you do when a volatile sports star attempts to check into your hotel and their credit card is declined? Well, if you work the front desk of the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, you pray that someone else in their entourage quickly puts up a credit card before the athlete decides to take out their frustration on you. That's what happened to said athlete when he attempted to check-in the MGM while in Las Vegas for the Oleg Maskaev vs. Hasim Rahman boxing match. Luckily once the card was declined-meaning the sports figure didn't even have the $150 the hotel wanted to hold for incidentals-someone in his camp offered up a card and it went through.

Garrett sold out her whole supply live on QVC from the launch party, where Holly Robinson, Sanaa Lathan, Shaun Robinson, Niecy Nash, Billy Dee Williams and Garrett's boyfriend, actor Gary Dourdan, were on hand to support… Syndicated radio host Tanya Hart, in Washington, D.C. to tape an appearance on the new Retirement Network, having lunch with a girlfriend at the Daily Grill on 18th Street… Christian music star Martha Munizzi and dancer group Sister Sledge at Jay-Z's 40/40 Club in New York City for Rodney Jerkins' listening party for his Hurricane Katrina relief single "We Are Family"… 'Everybody Hates Chris' star Tichina Arnold and Full Force front man Bowlegged Lou at an outdoor barbecue/baby shower for singer Shanelle St. Cyr… Omarion, Derek Luke, Marques Houston, Duane Martin, Blu Cantrell, Lupe Fiasco and Jermaine Dupri were among those on hand for the GQ and Guess 'The Roof Is On Fire' bash at Petersen Auto Museum in Los Angeles.
