Homes of Color

Named one of the top 30 magazine launches for 2002, Homes of Color is the first nationwide "shelter" or home magazine in the United States dedicated to showcasing the living styles of African-Americans. The bi-monthly magazine was created to capture the spirit and vitality of the African-American home, in addition to highlighting the work of prominent African-American architects, designers, artists, gardeners, developers and preservationists. The magazine is available nationwide at Borders Bookstores, Barnes and Noble Bookstores, Books-A-Million, Lowe's and independent black bookstores.
