It's time to relax and give your skin that much need break it's been begging for. Every woman loves having soft, supple skin. The great thing is you can get it with just a little tender loving care.

Start by stepping into the shower and lathering a moisturizing body wash to cleanse away any dirt. The Healing Garden's Spatheraphy Renew Moisture Rich Shower Gel, with sunflower and calendula, is a winner. Or, feel free to draw a warm bath with Bubbling Bath by Bloom2. The tranquility and calming effect of its lavender infusion will soothe and nurture your skin.

Cold, dry air and exposure to the crisp wind can make skin feel more like sandpaper than silk. However, dry climates can also lead to a loss of moisture, which can lead to dry skin.

Create a smooth slate by using a body scrub like Botanical Skin Works Brown Sugar Body Scrub once or twice a week to polish away dry, rough, dead skin cells. While skin is still damp, smooth on a moisturizing body lotion. Or, treat your body to the fresh, light scent of Lilac Eau de Parfum from Davis Gate to keep you feeling pampered throughout the day. It may even turn on that special someone who likes to cuddle up with you.

If you and your mate have decided to create a day of pampering, end it with a nice massage. Elemis Aromatherapy De-Stress Massage Oil allows you to get a little closer. Rub a small amount in the palm of your hands and massage using long sweeping strokes.
