Get Smoochable Lips

A woman's lips should always be ready for a wet one from her sweetie. So how can you create the perfect pout and make it last? Here's how:
Lip color on smooth, moist lips will have longer wear. Start by gently exfoliating flaky, dry skin with a soft bristle toothbrush followed up with a coat of an all-natural lip balm, blotting off the excess. Or, if you have some Scotch tape handy, moisturize lips first, and then use a piece of tape to remove dead skin.
Eliminate bleeding lip color and keep it in place. Lightly apply a liquid or stick foundation to the outer edge of your mouth. This trick also helps you maintain the shape of your lips when adding color.
A touch of color can go a long way. Pick a favorite lip liner and lip color combo that will bring your man to his knees. (See last week’s tip for application tips.) Personally, I like to apply my lipstick first then apply liner. It creates a more seamless application.
The secret ingredient is in the loose powder. After applying your lipstick, blot your lips with a tissue. Dust a loose, translucent powder over the tissue. Remove the tissue and reapply your lipstick. Now that you have a perfect pout, feel free to pucker up!
